Confidentiality Agreement Between Personal Trainer and Client

This Confidentiality Agreement is entered into by and between [Trainer’s Name] (“Trainer”) and [Client’s Name] (“Client”) on [Date].

1. Confidential Information:
The Client acknowledges that during their personal training sessions with the Trainer, they will share confidential information, including but not limited to personal details, health information, and in-home environment (collectively, “Confidential Information”).

2. Non-Disclosure:
The Trainer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose, directly or indirectly, any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client. This obligation shall continue both during and after the termination of the personal training relationship between the Trainer and the Client.

3. Use of Confidential Information:
The Trainer shall use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing personalized fitness training services to the Client. The Trainer shall not use Confidential Information for any other purpose or for their own personal benefit.

4. Data Security:
The Trainer shall take all reasonable measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes maintaining secure storage of any physical or digital records containing Confidential Information.

5. Professional Boundaries:
The Trainer agrees to maintain professional boundaries with the Client and respect their privacy during all interactions, both during and after the personal training relationship.

6. Termination:
Upon termination of the personal training relationship, the Trainer shall continue to maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s information and shall not use or disclose any Confidential Information obtained during the course of the relationship.

7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
